Piano InsideQuote and booking process
Rough estimates and confirmed quotes
Published starting prices and calculator results are estimates, not universal or guaranteed prices. Final pricing requires review of the instrument, route and access photos/video. The AI estimate route does not create a lead or confirm a booking.
Availability and booking
A calculator result does not reserve a date or time. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation. Flexible scheduling may help route planning but does not promise a discount.
Quote validity
No price-lock period is implied by the calculator timestamp. Ask us to reconfirm the quote before booking and whenever your route, access, service or schedule changes.
Payment, deposits and changes
Before proceeding, obtain the payment method, applicable deposit, payment timing and cancellation/rescheduling terms in writing. This page does not establish a deposit amount, a free cancellation window or a cancellation fee.
Access review
Photos/video are not needed for an AI rough estimate. Before final confirmation, email the access evidence for review. Declared details must accurately describe both locations; changes require a reviewed quote.
